This is the third season we purchase the Gesha lot produced by the dedicated David Gomez, and it delivers just as beautifully this year too. 

The processing is executed with perfection. David holds his Gesha in cherry for 24 hours. They are then depulped and fermented for 36 hours before being washed and then dried for 22 days. 

We source this lot in collaboration with Osito, whose owners also have a farm in a nearby region. This is how Osito got into contact with a group of producers in La Plata that David Gomez belongs to.

Osito’s relationship with these producers is one of the longest lasting they have built. The Martír group is made up of 20 families who are between Alto Canada in Huila and as far off as Itaibe in Cauca. 

The passion and dedication of these producers, including David Gomez are second to none and this is deeply felt in the coffee produced. We are truly grateful to be sharing this coffee with you.
